Representative ProjectsThe Principals of Core Property Management have established a long track record of providing consulting, management, maintenance, construction, and brokerage services for a variety of commercial office buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings and land for development properties. This provides a base of knowledge and expertise that benefits our clients.
Core Property Management has most recently been involved with the asset and property management of; small commercial properties in Downers Grove, Arlington Heights and Oak Lawn; and multiple land for development properties; all on behalf of an institutional lender that took over ownership of the properties.
In addition, Core has become a court appointed receiver on behalf of lenders throughout the Chicagoland area. Core manages and protects the assets of banks throughout the foreclosure process to ensure that values are maintained and enhanced. Core has been appointed Receiver on several multi-family investment properties and Evergreen Square Shopping Center in Peoria, Illinois; a 120,000 square foot shopping center. Most Recently Core Property Management has been awarded a management contract with the FDIC.
