We are particularly focused on enhancing and maintaining property level fundamentals to maximize returns to all stakeholders. Our hands-on approach and ownership perspective to operating income-producing real estate differentiates us from our competitors.

We are involved in all types of commercial real estate: retail, office, industrial, and multi-family.  Core PM Manages properties on behalf of third parties, banks, FDIC, receiverships, and our own portfolio.
