Brad Belden, President
Brad has been managing residential properties in Chicago since 2004 gaining experience in leasing, maintenance, budgeting and all other aspects of property management. Brad co-founded Core Equities, LLC and Core Property Management in January of 2011 to focus 100% of his times towards asset management of commercial properties. Core has become proficient in all areas of commercial real estate including Receivership.
Prior to Core, Brad worked in finance and financial markets for 11 years and was the sole proprietor of the successful trading firm, 303030 Trading, LLC.
Brad received his bachelors degree from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and his masters degree from the London School of Economics, London UK. Brad is an Illinois licensed real estate broker.
Adam Firsel, Co-Founder and Principal
Adam has been a commercial real estate lender for major financial institutions, providing highly structured, value added bridge, acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans.
As Director of Finance for Mid-America Development Partners, Adam personally originated, negotiated and closed over $1.3 billion of loans and equity investments totaling approximately 85 first mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and JV equity, from 30 different financial institutions and investors on over 40 different projects.
Adam has developed projects totaling over $240 million, and over 400,000 square feet from inception to completion.
Adam co-founded Core Equities, LLC in January 2011 to focus primarily on property management and other project services and to continue to pursue value add opportunistic investments.
Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, with a Bachelors of Business Administration and majored in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the acclaimed Graaskamp School of Real Estate.
